Invoices are processed at the start of each calendar month and cover the full month. You will receive your invoice via the Famly App, and payment must be made within 30 days.
Fees can be paid by cash or BACS.
If payment is not received on time and you have not spoken to a member of management, we may suspend your child’s sessions until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
If payment is delayed by 60 days or more, we may also charge reasonable costs incurred in seeking to recover the overdue payment.

We currently take children who qualify under the government funding scheme for 15 hours and 30 hours. Funded sessions can be used for session 1, 2 and 3 (hot meal is an optional extra)
We can’t always accommodate the full funded hours due to staff and children ratio however will always do our best to accommodate your needs and we are also happy to share funded hours with another provider.
To help us maintain our current offering, we ask all parents to contribute a voluntary contribution. This can be any amount and can be added/withdrawn at any time.
We also ask for contributions towards snack each term this is shared between all children.

All new starters are required to pay a £50 deposit to confirm their space. This is then refunded when a child starts with us.
If you decide not to take up the space after the deposit has been paid we will not refund this.
We want the children in our care to have the best opportunities and to make memories during there time with us. To make this experience as enjoyable as possible we pay for other professionals such as sports coaches and yoga to come into the setting on a weekly basis as well as visiting Forest School.
These groups happen on at a different session each term, so all children get a chance to experience this at some point during the school year.
Parents can opt to sign children up to these activities for an additional charge, these a completely optional and can be added/removed at any time. Charges will only be made if the activity happened on a session your child attends.
